When i using it, the mouse disconnects, when i lifted up from the mat. When i try to scroll its often not working… when i wait 10sek it works for 2 seconds then it not Works anymore…. free wheel its not working when its Activated…..

Let me assist you with your concern. When you say it disconnects, do you mean it doesn't show in the device manager? Have you tried using different ports on your computer? You can try to adjust the mouse lift of distance by following the steps here. If the problem persists, please PM me with your device serial number so I can verify its model and check for available firmware update, Looking forward to your update!
