I am contacting you regarding an issue with my Razer Naga V2 HyperSpeed mouse.
The Scroll Mode button has stopped working properly and is no longer able to perform its intended function. The mouse has not been physically damaged, and the issue appears to be the result of a hardware defect.
Before contacting support, I attempted troubleshooting on my own, including carefully cleaning the device with compressed air to remove any dust or debris that might have affected the button. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the problem.
As the product appears to be defective, I would like to request a warranty resolution. Please advise on the process for a free repair, replacement unit, or refund, depending on the available options under the warranty policy.
