Scroll problem on Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro

I bought one razer deathadder v2 pro, but the scroll looks kinda weird
When I turn the scroll down it works nice, but when I turn up it makes a strange noise

This is normal? I never see a noise like that in any review.
I'm from Brazil and I don't know if the warranty is international, so i don't know what to do to solve this.
The mouse works, but the noise it's really annoying.
