This translates as:

Good afternoon,
The scroll wheel on my Razer Deathadder V3 Pro mouse has stopped working.
It's out of warranty and I want to have it repaired. I'm from Brazil and I'm having trouble finding an authorized service center to do the necessary repairs.
What should I do?

Hi Bloch87,

First, just a quick heads-up: Razer Insider doesn’t offer support your preferred language at the moment. To make sure we can properly assist you, please post your questions in English across all boards.

Regarding the scroll issue on your Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro, let’s try a few basic checks below to isolate the problem:

1. Gently clean around the scroll wheel using a can of compressed air to remove any dust or debris.
2. Connect the mouse directly to your PC (avoid using a USB hub or extender) and test it again.
3. Close all Razer apps and software, including Razer Synapse, to see if a software conflict is causing the problem.

4. If the scroll works normally when Synapse is closed, try the following:

Reinstall your mouse drivers

- Do a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse, then test the mouse again.

5. Also, if possible, test the mouse on another PC to check if the issue persists there. This helps confirm whether it’s a hardware issue with the mouse itself.

Just to set expectations: currently, Razer does not offer repair services for peripheral devices, even out of warranty. We appreciate your understanding.
