The mouse behaves weirdly when I uninstall the driver in the device manager. After plugging the mouse back in the scroll works for a good few split seconds before not working again.
I've searched for many other solutions on this matter and I feel that its more of a software issue than a hardware issue. The mouse is still relatively new and has been treated well. I am open to any suggestions.
