Scroll Wheel Jumps

Hi, I have the following issue with a Razer Naga Hex V2 scroll wheel. If you are scrolling in either direction and move the wheel a few stops the screen will jump back in the opposite direction you scrolled in. This will happen in any application that has a vertical scroll bar (Chrome, Edge, MS Word, etc.). I have tried to fix this a number of times through driver updates, Razer updates, removing Razer software (with and without Razer support) and it was never resolved. I finally just used a different mouse that didn’t have this issue. I recently tried a new Naga Pro and it doesn’t have the same issue so I know it is the Naga Hex v2. Is there any method to fix this (e.g. firmware)? I think the mouse is fine except for the scroll wheel.
