Scroll Wheel Not Programmable - OS Catalina

I just upgraded my OS within OS Catalina and now I am unable to program the scroll wheels on my Tartarus V2 and my Hex V2. They previously worked on whatever version of Catalina I was on before. Everything else works fine. What am I missing or what do I need to do?
