Scroll Wheel Not Working – Razer V3 Basilisk

Hi Razer Support Team,

I recently purchased the Razer Basilisk V3 mouse just 10 days ago, and I’ve already encountered a hardware issue — the scroll wheel has stopped functioning properly.

I’m here to help. I understand that you’re having trouble with your Razer Basilisk V3 scroll wheel not functioning as expected. To help us diagnose the problem, please help me answer a few questions. Were there any changes to your system or device before the issue arose? Did you recently install any Windows updates? Was there anything that happened to your mouse before this problem started? Any noticeable physical issues with the device, like cracks, tangled cables, or exposed wires?

To pinpoint the cause, kindly update your Razer Basilisk V3 firmware here. if the same issue persists, try connecting your mouse to a different computer without Razer Synapse installed. Make sure you're using a direct USB port on your PC instead of a USB hub, as hubs can sometimes cause these problems.
