I’m currently using my 3rd razer mouse and for the third time I’m having the scroll wheel occasionally go in random directions(up when you go down and vice versa as well as just skipping further than it should in the same direction or just getting stuck scrolling infinitely in some games) and somehow there just doesn’t seem to be any definitive fix for this when I search the problem.
I opened the mouse(it’s out of warranty by now) and the system is pretty clever in this one(Razer Viper | model: RZ01-0255, product: RZ01-02550100 even though those give no result on the site, only RZ01-02550 ...), there’s pretty much no way it can get gunked up so why does this keep happening?
Is there nothing that can be done other than replacing the mouse or the part if it can be acquired somehow? At this point, I’m not gonna buy another razor mouse if there’s no way to fix this and it happens every time.
