Hi, my Basilisk Mouse Scroll Wheel suddenly start working unstable. During rotating scrolling wheel it randomly stopping scrolling, it happened always. I tried to reset mouse, update to latest 2.0 firmware, even connect to another PC, but issue still the same. I cleaned wheel by compressed air with same final result.
What should I do to fix my mouse?
Can you try to see if any dust may have accumulated in the scroll wheel?
Mouse scrolling, but after certain moment I keep rolling wheel, but windows or in game scrolling stop, then it start again after I stop and start rolling again. I’ve got the same issue with Logitech mice too, that’s was my main reason to shift into Razor one.
The issue reproduced with and without Razor software, with cable or wireless. Mouse itself clean and no dust anywhere, I used compressed air cleaning for sure, but no luck.
