Hello, I have a problem. For the past 2 months, the scroll on my mouse has not been functioning properly. Specifically, when I try to scroll down, it jumps up, and the same happens when I scroll up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, but the problem persists. The mouse is not damaged; I have taken good care of it. I hope that the problem can be fixed since I have not had it for long and the warranty has not expired yet, as I purchased it on December 30, 2023.
