Scrrol wheel jumping/glitching on Viper V2 Pro

Hello everyone,

I bought a Viper V2 at the same time as a friend and now both mice have the well-known scroll wheel issue. No matter where I look, I find countless reports from other users experiencing the same problem.

I’ve already tried everything I can think of to fix it without opening the device: reset, firmware updates, compressed air, etc. Unfortunately nothing has worked. The warranty has also just expired.

Does anyone have any further ideas on how to resolve this? It can’t be that a mouse breaks down after just over two years! Thanks a lot for your help!
