I bought a second hand a Razer Kraken X and I would like to know if its possible to get an activation code. I dont have the contact of the previous owner so I can't ask for the code.



I've already registered my headset in my Razer ID, is there anything else I should do?

Wenn der erste Besitzer den Code registriert hat, kannst du ihn sowieso nicht mehr verwenden. Was man DA jetzt machen kann, würde ICH auch gerne wissen!

The activation code can only be used once and will be tied to your Razer ID. Therefore, if the previous owner has already used the code on his account, then there's not much that I can do. Should you have any other concerns, don't hesitate to send me a message.
