Second Razerblade 15 with Screen Issue

I have owned a Razerblade 15 now for a few years, the original one I brought had an issue where the screen just went black. The laptop itself worked when connected to an external monitor but the screen wouldn’t come back on. 
 

After months of back and forth this was replaced under warranty, now with the replacement laptop I have, the exact same issue has happened. I’ve reached out to Razer Support and because this isn’t under warranty because it’s a Replacement Laptop they won’t help me with this issue.

 

I think it’s ridiculous that a nearly £4000 laptop can have issues this consecutively and the Company aren’t trying to solve it going forward.

 

Has anyone had this issue before?

 

I’m going to start looking at contacting an Ombudsman as it’s crazy to me that a laptop that expensive doesn’t even last over 2 years.
