Hello,

I am contacting you regarding an issue with my Razer Blade 15 Advanced laptop.

Model: Razer Blade 15 Advanced (RZ09-0367BFC3)

Recently, my laptop started displaying the following error message during boot:

“Secure Boot Violation – Invalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in Setup.”

When this happens, the system refuses to boot into Windows. I have noticed that the computer only starts normally if I disable Secure Boot in the BIOS. However, if Secure Boot is enabled, the error reappears.

To troubleshoot the problem, I have already:

  • Accessed the BIOS and checked the Secure Boot settings

  • Used the Windows recovery environment and attempted Startup Repair

  • Confirmed that Windows Boot Manager and the SSD are correctly detected in the BIOS

Despite these steps, the Secure Boot violation still occurs whenever Secure Boot is enabled.

Since this is a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (RZ09-0367), I would like to know:

  • whether this issue may be related to a BIOS or Secure Boot configuration problem

  • if a BIOS update or firmware fix is recommended

  • or if the device requires further diagnostic under warranty

Could you please advise on the appropriate solution?

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,
