Secure boot violation invalid signature detected Razer blade pro 17 (2019)

After resetting my laptop cause it was not working properly i got a secure boot violation error and i cant get rid of it, i tried a lot of the things on the internet to fix it, tried the EFI/Boot usb, using cmd prompt to reset it or update it but nothing is working, i even re installed windows 11, i realy need some help to get my laptop to start properly.
