[Security Related] getting security alerts related to a Razer product on my machine

“Good day, I currently use your product(Razer Viper Ultimate) for my work computer. Recently, my employer stated that they are getting security alerts related to a Razer product on my machine. The alerts state that (Suspicious Kerberoasting attack. Too many SPN tickets requests. As related to \\Device\\HarddiskVolume4\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer\\Razer Services\\Razer Central\\RazerCentralService.exe). Is there any issue with your services my Information Security Department should know about your product, or is there any way I can prevent this application from causing alerts? ” Much Appreciated.
