I see a lot of razor synapse issues but what about cortex not launching? Issue started after doing a registry clean via cc cleaner on new pc. uninstalled / reinstalled  / ran DISM / ran SFC / ran as administrator/  reinstalled net & another dependency I forget. My razor synapse is fine but any time I try to open this cortex I see the icon flash for a second in the bar below like it’s about to open and it closes - & it continues running in processes.

Nitro 5 old pc saw the same issue but for some reason it was able to get past that & use cc cleaner no issues. Read razor software has a lot of bugs, about to forget about it. Any recommendations for other boosters or is there some dependency I’m missing that would fix this?  Thanks! xD 💕
