I have a Seiren Elite microphone that stopped working a few years ago. At that time, I opened a support case, but the issue was not resolved.
Recently, using AI tools, I was able to better understand what might have happened to my microphone. It seems that the firmware is corrupted or damaged, which is why Windows does not recognize it properly or initialize it as a microphone.
I would like to know if it is possible to obtain the firmware to try to restore the device. I understand that I could buy a new one, but I would really like to try to fix this one if possible.
I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance you can provide.
