Seiren Mini Super Quiet

Hello!

Ever since I bought my Seiren Mini about 14 months ago, my friends complain about how quiet I am.

This issue exists on all 3 systems that use my voice; the sound recorder app, discord, and Valorant.
The software is using the correct microphone.

I have turned my input volume to max on window’s audio settings.
I have set the microphone specific volume to max on windows audio settings.
I have my input volume set to max on discord too.

The microphone is about 20cm from my face and it is pointing towards me.

What can I do so that the microphone outputs a more sensible volume?
