Seiren X Headphone Port: One Earbud is Louder Than the Other

I have had this Seiren X Microphone for about a couple of months and it has worked perfectly... until now D: For some reason my left earbud is now quieter than the right side when I plug them into the headphone port on the mic. I have tried the trouble shooting: Clean the earbuds, restart computer, plug earbuds in to another device to see if its the earbuds, etc. When I put different earbuds into the Seiren X mic, the same thing happens, left earbud is quieter than the right earbud. I have tried everything I could think of but nothing has worked. If anyone could help I would appreciate it so so much :) Thank you, rindu
