Seiren X not working

One of our members has the Seiren X streaming microphone for PC but uses it on PS4. When he plugs it in its goes off and on then off again and it won’t turn on again. Any fixes?

    Is this happening fresh out of the box, or was it working before? Connectivity and power issues usually have something to do with the cable. I highly recommend testing the mic using another Micro USB to USB cable.
