Which device exactly? Basilisk V3 Hyperspeed?

If yes, then did you’ve tested it on both wireless - 2.4GHz Hyperspeed & Bluetooth? What about testing it on another device? Also is the sensor hole clean?

Razor not working after replacing batteries and I tried updating software but nothing works

Hi bizSpringGreennexus551,

I’m here to help. I understand that your mouse sensor doesn't work as expected after changing the battery. Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue:
1. Ensure that the batteries are installed correctly. Sometimes, incorrect placement can cause the device not to function.
2. Look for any corrosion or dirt on the battery contacts. Clean them gently with a dry cloth if necessary.
3. Perform the troubleshooting in this article: How to resolve Razer mouse tracking issues.

If the same problem persists, feel free to PM me with your device serial number so I can verify its model and check for other workarounds. Thanks!
