Dear Razer support,
I send my laptop in twice within the last few months.
After the first time, i sent in my laptop I received a replacement that does not start 100%properly and sometimes takes 45 secs to start. Further, the charger was broken. I sent this laptop in again and on Friday i received it back with still having the same issue. It has still problems booting up.
In total, I have been without my premium laptop for more than 3 months this year.
This is unacceptable, and for a premium product just ridiculous.
I would be great if you could help me out here. I do not want to have to send in my laptop for the 3rd time and I am very frustrated with the process.
