Hi so my situation in short is:

my laptop I bought is defect, I sent it in for repair, it seems to be eol so I was told I could have my money back.

i was sent a link to put my bank details but couldnt (cause the framework was for american bank accounts, I have a german one).

since then all questions I ask are left unanswered, new tickets I open are being closed by administrator and I am left without laptop and 1000€ in damage.

what should I do and how can I contact someone?

i struggle to believe to be defrauded by razer, so if anybody could help I would appreciate it a lot!
