Serial code for Black Widow v3 pro unknown?

So I was just bought this keyboard as a gift and no matter how I type the code in for the registration on the site, it says the serial code is invalid/unknown and I'm typing it exactly as shown. Any ideas on how to fix this? Edit: I figured it out, feel free to delete
