Hi everyone. I bought the Blackshark V2 headphone and I’d like to activate the warranty coverage. I insert S/N and P/N but appears a message about “I” “1” and “O” “0” differences, I can only click on “Try again”
I tried more and more times, being sure to correctly use the 0,O,1,I but nothing works
Moreover I tried to use the S/N to get 7.1 Surround Sound activation code and a different error message appears: “Your product isn’t compatible”
I wanted to open a live chat with the support, but wihtout the correct S/N I’m not able (just why!?)
