Serial number and product number don't match

Hi, I've just bought a Razer Basilisk Ultimate with the charging dock yesterday and tried to register it this evening. Unfortunately when I put the serial and product numbers (mouse or dock) the system tells me they don't match. The numbers on the devices, are the same as those on the box and I bought it from Amazon, So I'm pretty confident there's nothing dodgy going on. The website does say the product number should start with RZ, but they start with an RC Any help would be great at this point, as it's pretty frustrating.
