Serial Number does not match product number

For some reason Razer opted to use ambigous characters in their product and serial numbers. (Using both zeros and O's, etc.) I am not sure if that is the reason for this issue, but when I attempt to register my new Razer Basilisk Ultimate Mouse, I get the error.,. Item Serial does not match product number. I have quadruple checked both numbers. One note is that the placeholder text in the Product Number field is RZXX-XXXXXXXXX-XXXX My product number starts with RC (not RZ). This is probably no issue, but the prompt implies that all product numbers begin with RZ. Anyway, any help in getting this registered would be appreciated.
