I bought my son a Razer DeathAdder Elite Gaming Mouse: 16,000 DPI Optical Sensor - Chroma RGB Lighting - 7 Programmable Buttons - Mechanical Switches - Rubber Side Grips - Matte Black in August. The scroll wheel stopped working last night. It’s past the Amazon return window. I tried registering it so I could get it replaced under the warranty, but it doesn’t recognize the serial number. I tried substituting Is for 1s and Os for 0s and it doesn’t work. I can’t register the product and I can’t even open a support ticket about not being able to register it. I’m really irritated by the barriers to getting to customer service. Does anyone have any suggestions?
