Hello, I have a razorblade 15. I was looking up my razercare and when searching for it using my serial number, i get this message:
We are unable to locate your serial number in our database.
The serial number may have been entered incorrectly. Please verify and try again.
If your product was previously replaced under warranty, please contact customer support for further assistance.
Any idea what is going on, how to fix this?
I should be covered until 02/22/25
