Serial Number of my keyboard appears as unknown
Hello,
im trying to register my keyboard in case i need support or warranty for the keyboard anytime, but when i try to register the serial number the webpage return the next message: Item Serial Number is Unknown,
how can i register my product if the serial number is not detected?
