I have had my keyboard since 2021 or 2022. I cant remember exactly but it what a Christmas gift. Never bothered to register it or anything but the RGB pattern stopped working so I downloaded chroma and decided to go through the steps and when I try to register new device it says that my serial number isn’t there in the systems. Please advise.
