I cant register my black widow keypad. Pls help!
I have the same problem. Can't register my new Blackwidow Elite keyboard.

If your problem is the same as I had it was trying to work out what the first two characters of the serial number were.

I thought it was an uppercase i then a zero, but it turned out the second character was an uppercase o not a zero.

So the first two characters were IO not I0.



Hope this helps.
