So, I bought a pair of Razer Blackshark V2 X and i can’t login them to Razer Synapse anymore. Because the Serial Number it was wipped down. What can I do about that?

Hey there,
You can find the serial number on the original packaging box of your headset. Please check the sticker label on the box, as the full serial number should be clearly listed there. Just look for a 15 alphanumeric characters code, and they usually begin with "SN".
