Serien V3 Chroma not showing input nor output audio ports

So I hade the Serien V3 Chroma microphone since 1/8/2026, since 1/14/2026, it seemed that there was no input or output ports. Instead it was replaced with a new input port called exactly “Stereo Mix (2- Realtek(R) Audio)”. I tried unplugging the USB cord then plugging it back in but never worked. I even restarted my PC and still did not work. If there are any other ways to fix this, please I need this fixed!!

Message should go through. It was a Razer link.

Go to your browser and search Razer Firmware update.

I can report this device works properly in Synapse 4 and Windows 11.

Hey @bizSheenGreenONYX563,

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you uninstall your mic drivers by following the steps below? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.

  1. Press Windows key + S on the keyboard to open the Search bar.
  1. Type in "Device Manager" and hit enter.
  1. Go to "Audio inputs and outputs".
  1. Right-click on the microphone and select "Uninstall device".
  1. Restart the computer. The drivers are automatically installed after a restart.
