Server access unavailable

As the title says ...

I had to download this Razer Synapse 3 for "I don't know why" because I couldn't play Overwatch (which I could play yesterday, with the older Razer Synapse) and ever I try to install this, it says "Server access unavailable".

And yes, I've already tried to temporarily disable my firewall and tried to give a permission to the installer, for my firewall. Nothing happened, still can't connect !

Hi there! Thanks for posting the Razer Synapse 3.0's concern. Have you tried the steps on this link? Also, are you using your personal computer and connected to your home network? Ensure that your modem nor computer does not have an active proxy and ipv6 settings in your network adapter properties. Let me know if it helps.

Thanks for letting me know. Should you encounter the same dilemma in the future, please send me a PM. I'll be locking this thread as resolved.
