"Server Access Unavailable" Error everytime I try to install 7.1 SS.

I bought a pair of Razr krakens just today. I've been trying to install the surround sound and everything. When I try to download the software, it goes through completely, all the way up to 90 mbs. When it looks like its down however, i get this kind of error. I've tried all the textbook stuff, restarting my PC, allowing the app through my firewall, turning off my firewall. I'm at my wit's end.
