Thanks to all of you here looking into my thread. As the title says, my razer installer (Surround Sound Installer and Razer Synapse Installer) have the problem on installing the app itself. I already tried finding solutions to solve this problem on reddit and youtube, but I still can't find any way to solve the problem (ex.

Close the application. Shut down your computer. Powercycle your ROUTER and MODEM. Once your network is back up, boot up your computer. Reinstall Synapse on your computer. or

When did the issue happen? Are you using a personal computer and connected to a home network? Make sure to disable your anti-virus or firewall so it won't block any Razer-related files or apps. Also, run all available Windows updates and install the latest version of the Windows .NET Framework. Let me know if it helps.
