Server Access Unavailable Synapse 3

Hello, Windows just updated and my macro keys for copy and paste on my mouse stopped functioning. It kept telling me I needed to have Synapse installed to use them even though I already did. I tried deleting all of the software and reinstalling it, but now all I get a the message it is unable to access the server. I tried what I found online as a solution to allow the installation file through the Windows Firewall, however, this still did not fix the problem, even with restarting. I am getting frustrated as this is not the first time I've had issues with a Razer mouse. If I can't find a solution I will have to buy a different mouse and will avoid buying Razer products in the future.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse-related concern here. Do you have an Alexa module in your Razer Synapse 3.0? If yes and you will not be using it, please uninstall the module and see if it helps.
