I’ve just got my Razer Blackshark V2 X and I tried installing the 7.1 surround system but it always came up as “server access unavailable” and I cannot find a fix to it.
Can anyone help?

I also bought a Razer Baracuda X 2022 today and I can't install the software for 7.1 sound, getting the same message "server access unavailable."
