Set HDR without using Synapse?

Apologies if this is a repeat thread. I cannot find any search function for this forum? :) Has anyone found a way to set FOV and HDR outside of Synapse? I want to be able to set it from inside OBS, specifically. As it stands, I have to shut down OBS (to free up the camera), open Synapse, adjust the setting, turn off the camera, reopen OBS. It's silly. Anyone found a solution? Thanks!
