Set Up Razer Kraken Tournament Edition

Greetings, what is the proper way to set up the above headphones with THX Spatial. I currently have Razer Audio Controller - Chat set as Default Communications Device and THX Spatial - Synapse set as Default device in the playback settings, is that correct? Also, let's say I'm in a game's settings. What do I set the audio device there. THX Spatial or Razer Audio Controller - Game? And what about a program like discord. Do I set the audio playback there as Razer Audio Controller - Chat? Thank you in advance!
