Hello. I am not gamer and I have no idea what I am doing. I was gifted a razer naga trinity to make photo editing faster. It works great as a basic mouse, but I would like to be able to program the numbered buttons on the side of the mouse. Everything i have tried has led me to needing to register the mouse, but i do not have a proof of purchase as it is a hand me down. Help? Any advise would be appreciated. thank you!

You can try to register the device to your account and attach a photo of the device showing the serial number as proof. Please note that the warranty is not transferable. If the device was previously added to a different account, we cannot remove or unregister it from the previous owner. I hope this information helps. Have a great day!
