Hey, I got my headset yesterday and I want to set it up to where it changes colors, I downloaded the app on my computer and it worked while plugged into the computer but when I plug it into my ps4 it goes back to the default color. How can I set up the color changing lights on my computer and have it work on my ps4 too?

I understand that the chroma lighting isn’t working when you connect your headset to the PS4. Please be informed that the chroma lighting will reset to default when you plug in your Razer Kraken Kitty Edition to a device without Razer Synapse 3.0 installed.
