Setting up THX for the BlackShark V2 headset | Razer Insider

I could use a little help with this. I've been in touch with support but they've gone quiet on my problem.

I was getting numerous Critical Errors; audiodg.exe in the Windows Reliability Monitor with the faulting module being THXSYSVD2APO.dll. I narrowed the problem down to it being caused because I had set THX Spatial Audio as my default playback sound and it was not switching back to my Realtek Audio Speakers as I had set in Synapse as the fall back device when THX wasn't in use. This function DOES NOT work for me.

When I changed my default playback to the Razer USB sound card, it would switch to my Realtek speakers when it was unplugged and I no longer got any errors in the Reliability Monitor. However, in Synapse, with the USB sound card selected, it showed an orange banger saying I would get better results if I selected THX Spatial Audio and it had a box to click on to make that change. Doing so did change me to TXH audio but again, it wouldn't switch back to my Realtek Audio when the headset was unplugged.

What I need help with is how to set up the headset to use THX spatial audio and when unplugged, to switch to my Realtek Audio for my speakers. Again, setting this up in Synapse doesn't work for me. I can only figure I'm doing something wrong or not in the right order. See my upload of this in Synapse.
Failing to switch back to the default configuration after a device is unplugged is definitely a software issue. I think that the software still detects that the device is in use even when it is unplugged. It is also possible that the driver refuses to go to a lower priority state, which is why the system fails to switch back to your Realtek Audio drivers.

With all that said, do you mind sending me your ticket number? I'd like to check the progress of the case.
