I bought a Wolverine V2 controller, and when I try to configure it through the app, the app doesn't work. The screen stays black with the Razer logo in the corner. Can anyone help? I'm from Brazil.

Same problem, as I can investigate it seems that some people had the same problem since the last update, although I couldn't find any solution. Hope they fix it in a patch to the setup controller app

Thank you for sharing your concern here. Just to verify on my end if your device is supported by the app, could you please send me your device's serial number via PM? Also, please try to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if the issue persists. Thanks!
