Shift Key cap broken off

Not sure what to do, my shift key popped off one day and has been causing me nothing but grief ever since. I tried to put it back on after looking at some videos but it never felt "right", and I had to smash the key in a certain way to get it to read. Finally the plus sign thing on the back of the cap has shattered and no longer stays on. I do computer animation for a living and I HAVE to have this key working, but it would be a shame to get a new keyboard because of one key. Is there any way I can get this fixed?

PM me a short video so I can check the problem and document it as well. Include the serial number and a copy of your receipt so I can validate its warranty. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
