Shift key doesn't work right after update today

All my graphic software that use my tartarus V2 profilers, cannot make the shift key usable, if I press and hold Shift key first,than the arrow keys to move objects more quickly in the artboards. This was working goo before. What is going on?

    me too.... shift works properly from other sources but if mapped to the tartarus v2 it makes all the direction keys fail to register properly.
