SHIFT + SPACEBAR not working together

Hi I have lived with this for a while but it is now getting problematic. I have a Blackwidow Elite. The SHIFT key works. The SPACEBAR works... but when I press them together, nothing. This is both left and right shift. I am running Windows. This was a propblem on both Windows 10 and 11. If anyone has any suggestions as to a fix, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
